SOMALILAND: Minister Gafadhi Expresses Dismay Over UAE’s Decision to Grant Temporary Residence Visa to King Buurmadow

Hargeisa, (Somaliland) -Somaliland’s Minister of Livestock and Fisheries Development Mr. Hassan Mohamed Gafadhi has accused the influential traditional leader King Osman Mohamoud Better known as Buurmadow of regularly transporting instability and inciting conflicts in Somaliland while expressing his dismay over UAE government’s decision to grant temporary residence visa to King Buurmadow.

A post by the Minister Gafadhi’s official Twitter account, the minister said:

“I wasn’t expecting UAE gov’t allow and tolerate foreigners it has granted temporary residence visa regularly transport and incite instability and conflict to friendly Somaliland. Boqor Osman Burmadow is typical example and habitual perpetrator”.
